She consider herself to be an effective leader skilled in identifying and involving all team members in aligning with project and organisational goals. Her 22 years in Quality Assurance and Risk ensures diversity and an in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance as well as Management responsibilities. Of these 22 years, fifteen have been spent in Management/Leadership or Board Positions. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Transformation Committee at SAMED and the Vice-Chair at MDMSA.
