By the end of March 2022, SAMED members need to meet certain obligations with regards to the Medical Device Code of Ethical Marketing and Business Practice (the Code).
Compliance officers will be required to train customer-facing employees on the Code and ensure that they pass the online certification test before signing the annual declaration.
In order to assist members, SAMED will provide an overview of the Code which will be particularly helpful for compliance officers who can then provide further internal training and support. Our Code Committee will also address questions and outline where to find further resources on the Code.

Compliance officers, marketing/event teams and all other employees affected by updates to the Code.
