Rob Millar

Rob Millar has over 40 years of experience in the medical technology sector. Rob has worked for a number of local and multinational medical technology suppliers in senior positions such as Marketing Director, General Manager and Chief Executive Officer. In November 2019, Rob founded Zomelele Transition Specialists which helps Distributors, Wholesalers, Manufacturers and Multinationals thrive in the Medtech supply market by providing specialised services and solutions across a spectrum of complex processes.

Rob Millar is passionate about the medtech industry and was a founding member of SAMED and has served on the SAMED board ever since – bringing with him his long-standing expertise. Rob is the current chairperson of the Code Committee which covers compliance and the Medical Device Code of Ethical Marketing and Business Practice.
