Aadila Fakier is a highly accomplished healthcare and public affairs executive with extensive leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors in Africa.

Currently serving as Associate Director: Public Affairs and Market Access Africa and Company Director at Becton Dickinson, she leads strategic stakeholder engagement, public policy initiatives, market access, and health economics programmes across the continent.

Aadila holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA (Cum Laude) from Wits Business School. Her career spans senior leadership roles at Roche, AstraZeneca, Absa Bank, and Accenture. With expertise in public affairs, market access, health economics, communications, sustainability, and strategic marketing, Aadila has played a key role in shaping healthcare policy engagement and advancing access to innovative healthcare solutions across Africa.
