Marlon has degrees in Exercise Physiology, English Biology, Chemistry. A confident and highly organized professional with twenty-five years’ experience in the Healthcare industry, Marlon possesses leadership qualities that produce consistent, tangible results. He provides strategic direction (with high ethical and moral values) to employees and has the respect of medtech stakeholders.
Marlon has held executive roles at Johnsons & Johnson, Stryker, Fresenius and now GE. He has also fostered his entrepreneurial spirit by starting two companies within the medtech space. His leadership acumen has led him to serve as the chairperson of both SAMED and MDMSA.
Marlon is driven to make a difference in the lives of the people he interacts with and mentoring the leaders of tomorrow.
On the personal front, Marlon is a football fan and was selected as an All-American for soccer while studying in America.
