We have an important role to play as an association in driving conversations around diversity and inclusion. It is vital that we highlight the role of women in medtech and how industry (and society) can work collectively to raise the profile of and provide opportunities to women. We celebrate the female leaders, the women who are instrumental to medtech organisations and the women just joining our sector – let’s continue to empower each other and move the needle.
