- Is it appropriate for members to provide accurate information relating to the costs, savings and revenues associated with the use of a particular product. Without this information, it may be difficult for an HCP to properly evaluate whether it is economically feasible or desirable to purchase any particular product.
- Does the Code address arrangements between a member and a HCP relating to the development of a new medical device for the member?
